In 1988 ECAR began to sell a revolutionary new system for wastewater management. In 1990 they incorporated with Will Oster as the president and CEO. By 1992 ECAR had systems in almost thirty states as thier concept of clean water began to catch on throughout the industry. Today ECAR systems can be found in almost all fifty states.
